I don't know really how the issue system works or how it effects what, but if there is anyway to get my nation to leave the little kids lemonade stands alone, that'd be great. I imagine it would have to be a pattern of decissions I make, but I feel for the little shavers...

Heh, that's really just a joke to exagerrate how much you have regulated the market. For you to effetively leave them alone you'll have to go pro-business, but be careful as you can over-do it and that can allow corporations to do whatever they want though the message for the lemonade stand may take awhile to go away. So to make sure that you don't, just keep a close eye on your industry as well as enconomy and goverment type. A friend of mind had his economy in the gutter and when he decided to go pro-business, he did it so much that he became a Capitalist Paradise.
