I find it as an important issue wheter a country gives ony the mother a half year paid free time to raise the children or both the mother and the father gets it. Or maybe they should be free to dispence their time as the want themself? Maybe the father is able to take this time and the mother don't. or maybe they find it fear thet they share the short time the little chap or girl is an infant.
