Verily we cringe at the thought of having to admit that our nation has a problem, but Serpentes is not beyond looking down for help.

Gambling is apparently a huge problem in our region and despite our numerous attempts to stamp it out by banning gambling and shooting those involved in illegal gambling, this sinful pastime is still deeply entrenched within our society.

How then, do you other nations manage to eliminate gambling totally?

#5: Child Casino Shock

Here's the main issue that deals with gambling. That's your chance to get rid of it. Selecting Option 1 will make gambling illegal.

The Issue
Children as young as eight have been spotted gambling in some of @@NAME@@'s seedier casinos.

The Debate
1. Social activist @@RANDOMNAME@@ is outraged. "Gambling needs to be outlawed immediately. It's no wonder children are becoming sucked into the vice, with adults setting such a poor example. Gambling is a stain on @@NAME@@'s international reputation and it must be stopped!"

2. However, Crown Casino chairperson @@RANDOMNAME@@ says, "What's wrong with children gambling? It prepares them for the realities of life, teaching them that success or failure is not due to hard work or intelligence, but the roll of the dice. Besides, if kids weren't gambling, they'd be spraypainting trains."

Gambling is already illegal in the nation of Serpentes. When Fat Tonies ask to start casinos, we discreetly give them beds with the fishes.

We shoot them, jail them, slap them around whenever it amuses us, but our nation is still considered to have a bigger gambling problem than those who let their children play with the One-Armed Bandits.

It is a national headache, I tell you.

That's not always the case Homieville. It all depends on how many issues you've answered up to that point. It you're still a young nation, and haven't really answered too many issues, it will still have a decent effect on you; however, if your nation has grown a lot, and you've answered a lot of issues, each issue has a smaller effect on your nation, meaning that you'll need to answer more issues to have an effect on anything you are trying to change.
