OK. I have been working at this for several months, or it feels like it anyway...

My ranks in political freedom, Economy and Civil rights seem to be stuck where they are.

I went from a capitalist nation, to capitalizt, to anarchy but nothing seems to be changing. What is wrong?

I have been trying to boost political rights, and economy the whole time yet they stay stagnant regardles of what corporate prize I award. Same to for political freedoms.

Please help me.

Everything might already be maxed, which would be frightening economy, corrupted political freedoms, and widely abused civil rights.

That would be ok by me if they were, but they are listed as superb civ, all consuming econ, and excelent pol.

So I know I can go higher. I have been trying to break 40,000 per capital for a long time and seem unable to do it through either Economy or either freedom. And the issues don't do anything. Though my catagory went Anarchy.

Maxing out a category isn't possible. The more issues you answer, the harder it's going to be to change anything. Being a July 2003 nation, and having answered a lot of issues, multiple times, its going to take me a really long time to change any of my categories.
