Due to the GDP per capitia and high value of the currency, we are buying more and selling less than ever before. This is the result of big corporations moving to cheaper and poorer nations to mass produce products, while taking advatage of the loosely enforced and limited safety laws. Leaders of many parties are pressing for a deprciation:
Option 1: ''We need to start pegging our currency to the dollar at slightly lower value of our true value'' says John Motoring, leader of the socialist party. This will make our products cheaper to foreign firms and lead to greater sales.
Option 2: ''I agree, but I dont think you have gone far enoug here'' says Tom Blairington, chairman of the Super Nationalist party. '' We need to buy in huge amount sof the dollar as we can, even if it means borrowing more money to do it. This will make our currency even cheaper to foriegn companies.
Option 3: ''What!!?!'' sya Jimmy Wong, a human rights lawyer stampping his foot on the ground. '' Thats just cheating!!''. If we aint good at a certain industry, we should let it go and go on developing another one.
Option 4: Jimmy Jojojo and sergent of the local police force says ''NEVER!'', ''what we need to an increase in the value of our currency''. eats a jam dounut. ''This will enable us to buy and invest in foriegn companies for cheaper. Therefore people can set up businesses for less!''
Option 5: ''I've got a better idea!!!'' cries a 6 year old little boy with a newspaper in his hand. ''Why dont we set up universities in foriegn countries and start stealing their technologies''.
