Hello all,
Do the issues presented change when you change regions? I have had several repeat issues, just wondering. Thanks.
Firstly, welcome to NationStates!
Secondly, this is the wrong place for this post. This forum is primarily for role-playing.
Thirdly, take some time to read the stickies at the top of the forums to gain more insight on how this place works.
Fourth, and finally...I think there are only a hundred or so issues, and they are generated fairly randomly, so they are bound to repeat.

Issues are unrelated to your region. They are selected from a pool of issues (over 160 at present) based on a variety of factors having to do with your nation, and in some cases on how you've answered previous issues.
