A neighboring Nation with Technology superior to your own wants to place you under it's Missle Defense shield, but it will cost the government millions of @@CURRENCY@@.

If we can get access to better Defensive technology, then it's worth a few @@CURRENCY@@'s." Economists say that this could actually help the nation prosper, because much of the Defense Net will be manufactured right here in @@NAME@@.

[option2]However, @@RANDOMNAME@@, a civilian who is famous for his extreme patriotism and Pro-@@NAME@@ ideals, "We can protect ourselves. Think of what would happen if e allowed a foreign military protect our country? How could we trust them not to takeover?

[option3]@@RANDOMNAME@@, a political activist, says "They are clearly trying to get a foothold in our country. If we say anything but absolutly no, they'll smell weakness, they'll swoop in and take control of us. Military Spending must be increased if we are to defend our land when the interlopers come!"

A look in the stickies may help, and general ideas will suffice, since the actual coding will be done later should the issue be considered to be used, anyway.
