Today I recieved two issues, as I always do. The two issues were "Gunman kills Three" and "Compulsory Gun Ownership". In one issue, you can ban guns, and in another, you can force people to carry them.
Then I remembered a little while ago, I was looking at someone else's nation and read the description, which went something like this:
"blah blah blah, guns are banned, and gun ownership is compulsory".
