Is option four (Mas and Pas) suppose to increase taxes? Usually my nation goes with option one (military), but I decided to go with option four in hopes of going back to no taxes. But on update I went from 3% to 33%.

It seems like answering this issue with #4 would lower the tax rate, in my opinion, seeing as paying for public schooling is through taxes in real life. How many issues do you receive a day? Did you answer any more issues at the same time? It's always possible that you answered another issue recently, that raised your taxes.
