Title: Taxi WAR

@@NAME@@'s capital has become a war zone. Taxi-wise that is. In recent months, there has been a steady rise of the number of taxi-cabs, and the number of violent incidents between taxi-cab drivers has risen along with it. Competition is harsh, service is dramatic, and often drivers absolutely do not know where certain streets are.

The debate:

1. "It is absolutely outrageous!" says Ministry of Transportation-employee @@RANDOMNAME@@. "Ysterday I went to work. I had a bad taxi-driver, and it took me an hour to get to work, in stead of the usual fifteen minutes. I propose we cut back drastically on the amount of taxi-drivers, and get a cab-driver exam. Illegal taxi-drivers should be dealt with serverly by new taxi-legislation."

2. "Just leave it," says starting taxi-driver @@RANDOMNAME@@. "I became unemployed two months ago, and haven't been able to find work. It's the best way for me to earn my living. I don't want new taxi-legislation. And a bit of a fight is always worth the risk for a new passenger!"
