Issue Repetition questions

Brand new nations only receive the original 30 issues.
What, really? That's not a fun thought. If the reality is as I'm reading this piece of the FAQ then I'm curious as to how I can get the other 60+

Also

No, you can't help in any way, shape, or form. We're not being mean, we just have no way to give you access to issue editing without giving you access to all sorts of other Mod-things.
I don't knwo how to code myself, but it occurs to me that (say, I bet I could learn...) with emailing and sofourth users that aren't mods could code issues and send them to mods who can stick them wherever good issues go to be put into the game. If there's a problem here please let me know.

Be patient. After a week or two you'll have access to all the issues your nation is able to receive.

That becomes a matter of the "help" requiring more work than it saves.

Why is it new nations only receive the first 30?

Ah, that's already happened.

One of those situations. Nevermind then. Thanks.

I'm assumiung that it dosen't matter, Tuesday (what a funky name!), as a user couldn't get through them all without some sort of game error in a week anyway. Now I'm curious too. Perhaps it's because some of them have to do with game setup, what sort of nation people get at a base level and so on.

If you think "Tuesday Heights" is funky, you definitely haven't been here long. :D (Sorry)

Most of the first issues do help to set up your nation for future issues. There are some issues that only certain nations recieve - like there are some I've never heard of, and I've been here almost a year now. Those issues, especially "Should Democracy be Compulsary?" set those validity levels.

:p
Well that lends a bit of (certainly previously used) inspiration; check out the first thirty issues to go from any possible effects.
