Hi Mods, if any of you are reading this, which I hope (just in case it's the wrong place to post this, wire me a telegram explaining where to do it correctly), could you explain, please, why I've got the same stupid issues over and over again?? And not just those which I have dismissed, but others too. I just yesterday got that stupid military budget for the third time, and today's two issues have both been decided by me not two or three weeks ago (their description texts just had time to expire from my state's page, and whoosh - there are those issues again!!). It is not fun that way!!
