In the aftermath of a terrorist attack by the militant extremist group CCINB several oppositian parties have demanded you raise awareness and funding to tackle the problem.

Option 1: Mark Steiner of the Quartz oppositian party, has demanded something to be done. "All the lives in this country are at risk! We aren't even safe in our beds!" He cries. "What would parents do if their children died?! We need to raise funding and awareness!"

Option 2: Tina Stall from the ministry of defence says "This was a one off attack! We were unprepared, raising taxes is useless, there will always be one successful attack, in maybe 20, so we're safe!"

Option 3: Drago Forresster from Save The World says, "Terrorists usually attack for reasons, such as they need aid, so I say we meet their future demands!"

Option 4: General Duke Greggs says "Those options are all to soft, we need action, and NOW!!! We'll bomb their hiding places!"

Variables: Opt 1: Raise Political freedoms, lower economy
Opt 2: Raise economy
Opt 3: Lower economy
Opt 4: Keep same

For all nations.

I'd use a random name for the name of the terrorist group or else you're assuming all nations have the same group in their country, which isn't the case at all.

You might want to look over the guides in this forum on how to craft an issue and format it appropriately.

Okay....the issue is poorly written and parts are on the verge of babbling, the consequences make little sense, and you haven't stated the effects that it will list in game.

Please do check over the suggestions faq and try again.

I did mention the effects: Option 1 raises the political freedom but lowers the economy. Option 2 raises the economy. Option 3 lowers the economy and option 4 keeps everything equal, and you wouldn't have to get this terror warning again.

And the terrorist group would change, I just used that as an example.

It's a good start.

I believe the level of Safety within the nation is a variable, so you may want to include it in the effects (i.e. hunting down terrorists increases safety, decreases civil rights).

Also as a suggestion, the only way to use a random name is to use a person's name, so you could use the @@RANDOMNAME@@ Terrorist organization, which could return "the Max Barry Terrorist organization," or the "Bill Clinton Terrorist organization," depending. You could also use the @@ANIMAL@@ variable for this name, or of that of the political party.

Option Four might increase military spending.

You may want to address this as a police issue vs a military issue. One choice would increase police spending, another would increase military spending.

This issue has potential, but needs more work. You also need some EFFECT statements for all options. Read the stickies.

Thanks, I'll do that.
