Why do all my nations get "Orbital Armageddon"?

I wonder why suddenly all my nations get the Issue "Orbital Armageddon" at the same time. Has it something to do with the age of a nation? Or with the population?

Actually, I don't think the Sticky covers this question. It's not, "Why do I keep getting this?", it's "Why did all my puppets get this today?"
How many nations? What's the population? Could be coincidence, but the bigger the number of puppets, the lower that probability becomes.

Excactly, that's what I mean. (In fact there hasn't been a repetion of this issue at all.)

Three (of five). Their population is about 320 million each. Those who didn't get the Issue are the smallest (and the youngest (although only a few days)) and they both already have had five issues on the agenda. Perhaps a coincidence...

Do you answer issues the same, or at least similar, to those 3 puppets? It may have to do with that. Coincidence is likely though.

No, usually I answer the Issues quite different (although one often answes like one of the other two would have done). But of course they all have a space programme.

That could be it then. Certain answers to certain issues, such as the space program, probably trigger the "Orbital Bombardment" issue, however, the fact that you got that at the same time still amazes me...

It seems that the army is not needed (though it would be logic) since two are pacifistic and one is militaristic.

Hmm...i would still have to say that somehow, it has to do with how you've answered each previous issue mixed in with a lot of coincidence. I can't quite pinpoint the exact answer though.

Not sure if you wanna do this, but if you had the time, you could check out this thread, where all the issues are posted. Maybe there is one that you answered the same, with all of your nations. I'd look at all the ones containing anything about the military or space.
The ones I thought looked interesting are: #14, 21, 38, 137, 147, and 151.
