What times of day do we get new issues?

Sorry to bother you with this - and apologies if this was covered elsewhere, I've looked and can't obviously find anything on it though -
What times of day do we get new issues? I am down for 2 issues a day, and am curious what times they will come in.

P.S. If you could give me the timezone of the times you give me that would be useful (I am in GMT, but if you want to give me it in Eastern Seaboard or whatever I can easily convert)

people say during the updates which i think are near 0700 and 1900 gmt
thogh it seems mine come drasticly after up dates

updates start at a set time but go in a random order

check your setings
other then that just wait and post if you dont start getting 2 a day, you may have just missed your update when you reset your issue settings

If after that you dont get 2 a day, move out of your region for one update then back in. Yes, updates start at fixed times but are random.

I get mine at around noon and midnight
