I have not really had any true tax-related issue recently, but I just realized that my income tax had dropped from around 60 percent all the way to zero! Can someone explain this?

I wish I would get an issue that dropped my tax rate by 60 percent! :D

I'm trying to reduce taxes from the current 79%, but i'm failing badly. I had my taxes go up by eight percent in one day, though, and that did not make me a happy camper.

While I'm almost certain that a single issue did not do that to you, I'm also almost positive that you answered issues dealing with government spending against the notion and you de-regulated business a bit. Then again, that almost seems obvious.

I have learned that dismissing issues drops the tax rate significantly, in time. :cool:

Sometimes the taxrate drops when you go from Left-wing Utopia to Right-wing Utopia :p Become very bad, and tax might drop.

Haha...I'm happy where I am currently.

You must have decreased spending, the two are intristically linked.

I managed to get one of my puppet's tax rates from 100% to 72% today. :D

I've been diverting as much money to the military, if that helps, and imposing fines on my citizens for stupid things. Would that do it?
