...I keep getting about 15 of them over and over. Yeah, I know this has a sticky devoted to it, but this is ridiculous. Between validity and the random nature of the issues, I should still be getting more than 10% of what's available. It's been about two months since I got an issue with an option that would lower taxes - and I would like to get them under 100%. I'm breaking my back trying to lower crime, lower taxes, and improve the economy and guess what happens: it doesn't work and I end up an "Inoffensive Centrist Democracy" where I used to be a Civil Rights Lovefest. I need more issues!

I know the feeling. Sometimes that whole randomness deal screws you over.

I for one am not complaining. I got the supreme court justice one twice this week, at this rate i should have a defence budget in no time.

I have the same problem. I read somewhere that being in the UN can stop you from getting certain issues (I don't know if this is true or not) but I quit the UN along time ago.
