Any ideas to fix it up to perfection would be greatly appreciated.

Name: Abolish Attack Ads?

Description: After several attack ads rage in a senatorial election, some say the government should step in.

Validity: Only valid in nations with atleast "some" political freedoms.

Options:[option]"This has gone WAY to far," says senate candidate @@RANODMNAME@@ "The other day, my opponent attacked me using some bad grade that I got in highschool! This is insane! We should have limits on numbers of negative campaign ads."
[effect]the government has placed limits on whatever it considers negative campaign ads
[stats]political freedom decreases, apathy increases, corruption increases

[option]"That's near-fascist!" says political adviser @@RANDOMNAME@@ "If someone is involved in shady business, the people have the right to know! You don't want corruption to fill the halls of @@NAME@@'s senate, do you?!? I mean, come ON!"
[effect]elections are filled with insulting commercials
[stats]political freedom rises, apathy decreases, corruption lowers, dislike of the government rises

[option]"Well, we definately can't set limits on negative campaign ads. That would destroy our election proccess," says former tabloid writer and senate candidate @@RANDOMNAME@@, "what we REALLY need is legalization of libel. I mean, that would make it so much easier for the right government officials to be elected. I'm sure that if we said that my opponent was involved with the cocaine druglords and was an avid racist, we'd win in a landslide. Heck, legalize bribery while your at it. I'm sure a few @@CURRENCY@@s could persuade you my way..."
[effect]candidates lie, cheat, steal and bribe their way into office
[stats]political freedom rises incredibly, apathy decreases incredibly, corruption rises incredibly, and dislike of the government rises incredibly

I'm not sure why you have apathy decreasing in the second option. If anything having so many negative campaigns makes votes sick and care less, not more. So I would make apathy either increase or not be affected.
