neutrality options? *spoiler*

Heimendaikirai

I want to walk the middle ground on a few issues. I don't want to have to ban something, or make it legal, all the time. some times, I want to be able to vote to loosen or tighten regulations about things, without going to an extreme, or I want to do a combination of two of the choices. for instance, today, I was asked what to do about this: "Divers from a local scuba club have discovered an enormous underwater gold deposit that could be worth billions of acornas in one of Heimendaikirai's lakes. It has also caused a huge debate over who should be allowed to plunder the goods." and I was given the choice to either take the money myself, give all the money to the divers, or not to dig it up at all. personally, I would reward the divers a good bit, for finding the treasure, but to keep the rest of the gold for myself, so I can boost my economy, and foreign trade. is there somewhere I could go to get such a change made to the options for situations I can't decide on???

Of course, you can dismiss th e issue f you think that none of the options are the one you want. However, in this case I thnk that you are coming down on the "they should give the money to me" side of the issue. After all, you are taking complete control of the money and you are the one deciding that the divers should get a part of it and how much to give them. So you have taken the money and what you do with it after that is up to you. You could give it all back, but if you made them turn it over before they could legally keep any, then you took it.

Thats the point of issues. Unless you get really lucky, you can pick your exact political ideals. It's supposed to be extreme.

Yeah, we don't generally change existing issues unless there's a major typo in it or something.
