this morning i was dumb and in a hurry, so i selected the wrong choice on issue number #19 (about marijuana consumption). i selected that it was to be used only in the privacy of your own home. Unfortunately this has removed my status as a country where all "drugs" are used freely to where only marijuana may be smoked in the privacy of your home.

is there any way to give me the issue again or to rollback my nation?

The only thing you can do is to wait for the issue to come back again. Meanwhile, if you encounter other issues involving drugs, choose the most libertarian option.
