Ever noticed how sometimes your nation descriptions contradict themselves? Take this for instance:

"Murderers frequently escape punishment by claiming they were protecting their honour. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown."

If there is no crime how are there murderers getting off free into the world?

This is supposed to be in Technical. They are effects of you choosing two different stances on similar-type issues.

C'mon ... it's obvious. There's no crime, murders occur, murderers are not puished.... so, murder is not a crime, it's legal!
