The issue I got today deals with movies, but it keeps referring to something called a "watershed." I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the term "watershed" in this context; can someone clue me in?

A watershed is a time before which certain content (deemed unsuitable for children below some age) may not be broadcasted on television.
