I found out it was used in "The Goon Show" but it doesn't gives me any answer.
Please can anybody tell me what kind of disease or whatever it ist?

Well, whatever it is, if it is bad enough that a Frisbeeterian actually burned down his / her house, it must be deadly! They are the most penny-pinching people around. ;)
