Contradicting Issues

Hopefully the right board...

I've had a brief gander at the options available for when you put in your own submission for an Issue, and I notice there is one where you can put in exceptions as to who the issue is, well, issued to.

So I'm getting peeved off, that in my far-right wing State, that having had almost the entire youth and criminal population shot, shipped out of the country, or used for forced body parts donations, that I keep getting Issues asking about increasing prison capacity, and whatnot.

Especially when people don't put in a far-right wing answer. That upsets me.

Liberals.

Long Live the Dismiss Button.

Or after making organ stripping compulsory, you get asked whether to bribe people to donate organs....
...still, it's free and fun, so hey.. :-)

My only pet peeve with the issues is getting the "Gunman Kills Three" issue and the "Should Gun Ownership Be Compulsory" issue back to back.

also...when you can think of another alternative to the ones given...really frustrating cos I know that if I dismiss anything it always results in some unfavourable governemnt stance....but its fun!!! :D

Dismissing issues does nothing to your nation. Repeat: it has no effect on government stance of any sort. Dismiss issues makes them go away as if you never had them... long live dismiss button indeed ;)

No, that can't be correct. One of my secondary nations is Pointless apathy - where I've dismissed every issue. Both Freedom categories have continued to climb, and the description of the nation changes every now and again.

That would be because it's in the UN, which changes nation's stats. ;)

If you never want to get issues, just set it to "none" in your settings page instead of dismissing them all the time.
