Title: Learner drivers cause road rage.

Description: A recent protest by road users outside the government building in the capitol of @@NAME@@ has called for stern action against the amount of leaner drivers on the roads.

Validity: Not for nations who have banned cars.

Options:

[option]"Just the other day I lost my job in the @@MAJORINDUSTRY@@ industry." Says @@RANDOMNAME@@, whilst turning a violent shade of red. "Travelling to work I was caught in a massive traffic jam only to discover it was a learner driver driving at 25mph in a national speed limit zone....45 minutes late i was, when i finally got to work i was dismissed, this is unacceptable. I propose dedicated areas such as abandoned airfields to be converted into realistic roads which the government can fund and the driving instructors could employ people to drive around to act as road users. True, it wont prepare them for real roads but at least millions will be on time for work."

We`ll let them on the roads when they come back if they prove they`re safe to drive on our roads, not only will that resolve the problem it would also ensure the safety on our raods."

The effect for this option does not make sense. The effect contradicts the arguing point.

The premise for this issue isn't really realistic enough. Try to think of an issue that is relevant to real life (while keeping it in-character of course).
