Filibuster Bust-Up - I need help

I have the issue 'Filibuster Bust-Up', and I need to raise my political freedoms. I currently have them at 'very good'. Which option should I choose.
1) Ban the Fili-buster to preserve majority voting
2) Allow the filibuster
3) Enforce unanimous voting on everything
4) More Dictatorship
Please, I need help to raise my pol. frees so I can become anarchist.

If your political freedoms are 'Widely Abused' or below, then allowing filibustering raises your political freedoms. However, if your political freedoms are 'Corrupted', then allowing filibustering decreases your political freedoms.

Perfect timing, I got this issue as well and have been fishing for a boost.
I wasn't aware that the game stats changes were dependent upon current status! :)

Also, if your PF level is "Superb", then allowing the filibuster results in your government becoming "a clear-cut case of tyranny by majority." (That's what just happened to me)
