Why do Issues repeat when you come to a final decision with them?
I just looked at the list of issues and I have had heardly any of them!
I get 2 a day and Ive been in nation states since Easter-ish....

I get the same issues every so often... its really annoying!

Anyone explain this?

The Post part is a Jolt pre-set. You'll get more issues as your population grows.

Thats odd. This post should go in Technical, where Salusa can see it.

It might have to do with how you voted on certain issues, because that determines whether or not you get other issues.

For example, if you vote for banning cars, you will get an issue to bring back cars, whereas you don't ban them, you won't get the issue to bring them back.
