About submitting an issue...

I submitted an issue, but didn't put down the 'effects' of each option. (I wanted to leave that to the mods, since they're far more experienced than I) Will this cause my issue to be automatically rejected? And if so, is it possible to view the rejected issue, so I can edit it? Just curious. Thanks!

I think it would be grounds for rejection, but, you can always resubmit it.
No, it's OK. The ones which I label as 'instant rejections' are catacysmically bad issues, stupid issues, spam (some people put huge strings of letters and numbers for some reason), issues with only one option, issues with no options, issues which are too similar to issues already in the game etc.
If the issue's good enough I'll put in my own [effect] lines.

And [stats] lines are not required for all options either, right?
It's much preferred if you do include [effect] lines, you don't have to include [stats] at all if you don't want to, and [option]s are necessary.
We tend to ignore [stats] because we have to convert them into game code and often enough players seem to think issues can do more than they can. Population changing is a popular one.
