Hiyas.

I was curious if you guys could help me out with this. I've been wondering if I can reverse the effects of the issues I get?

For example.....

I pass the half mining, half preserve enviroment issue. Then the dialogue "Mining has made inroads into enviromentally sensitive areas" appear on my nation's description.

I'd like to know if I can "repeal" that issue later on, or if issues will come up to give back the rainforest, remove that description, etc.


Same for the tax issue.... no tax, flat tax, average tax with high tax for richer people, or give tax dollars to whatever government dept.

If I choose high tax for rich people, but later want "give tax dollars to whatever government dept" will I be able to get issues that will change this tax "plan" like I want?


Another example....

I chose to place tariffs on foreign goods. But will I still be able to repeal these tariffs from issues later on?


Any help would be appreciated. I'd hate to have to restart my nation over and over until I get the correct nation ideals I want. :headbang:

You'll get the issues again, many times, and you can pick whatever choices you want in the future.
