I accidentaly clicked the wrong choice for an issue, and then immediately dismissed it instead, and on the issues screen it said that the issue was dismissed. My country has now been horribly mutilated by the choice I accidentaly clicked, even though it was supposed to have been dismissed so the icky choice wouldn't do anything. (I know it was from that choice because I had the same issue in my joke country and picked that choice and it had that sentance.) Can you only dismiss things that you haven't picked choices for? Wasn't it supposed to dismiss it? I've done that before, and it dismissed it those times.

That sounds like a bug. I've done the same thing before, and it didn't do that. Was the computer at all slow?

My computer speed was fine, but the internet was slow because I had a file sharing program open.

It might be possible, then, that you didn't wait long enough for it to "register" with the internet that it had changed.
