NationStates Jolt Archive

I have recieved issues that are exactly the same in the last two weeks. I don't know if this is common, but I am hoping it is not. I have dismissed the issues that have repeated because I dont want the effects of overhauling my educational system TWICE to count twice! So maybe its a glitch? Maybe we need more issues submitted?
