Thats what it sais right now(nation is effectively ruled by the Dept of Commerce). could that be changed to ...Religion & Spirituality receiving no funds at all... or could there be an option?
Like an isue where you vote to stop funding religion?

I'm an Atheist and the idea that i'm funding Religion makes me feel bad, I dont need it and neither do my citizens. Religion should make money by selling something to its followers or have other activities, not receive it from the(my?) gov't.

Hmmm, i've seen a nation that has "the government is avowdly atheist".

I never support anything with religion, yet i still fund it.

It means that Religion and Spirituality receive so little funds that it is noteworthy to mention it. If you're aiming to crush religion, this is exactly what you want in your nation's description.

Like an isue where you vote to stop funding religion? You aren't funding religion. There are issues which deal with churches and matters of the spirituality of your people. You'll get them eventually. Just never listen to a reverend and stay away from overly moralistic issues and you'll get what you want... no funds for religion. Which it sounds like is already the case in your nation...
