I think it's pretty good, but a minor suggestion: Not all Nations are Religious, or if they are, many aren't Christian. Why not change the last option to mention "A Devout Religious Fundamentalist" and turning the kids into "Devout Worshippers"?

That way, everyone is happy and Nations that aren't Christian don't jump up and down about issues not applying to them...

The first option there... I can't quite state clearly what's wrong, but it--falls flat somehow. Maybe it's the result, or maybe it needs more explanation.

I'm not sure the "sex rate" is a variable that actually exists in NationStates.

i don't get option one. if people are more educated about sex then tax is increased? why would adding sex education to the curriculum increase taxes...
and if they are more educated they know exactly what kind of dangers it has and are less likely to do it and then regret that they didn't do it earlier when they finally do do itand then their happiness would go down somewhat instead of up.

Um, Ageaol? No.

To my knowledge, most people who wait to have sex until they're truly ready to deal with all the potential and actual consequences of same are much, much happier.
And, also, that means that those who *do* have sex are less likely to end up with any of the various... avoidable, unpleasant consequences.

Probably because someone would have to pay for said education.

I'd be very scared if the government figured out a way to tax sex.

Read the issue again. This isn't about "taxing sex". The only one that raises taxes also demands education. See?

[option]"More education for teenagers," proclaims Your Education Advisor @@RANDOMNAME@@. "Children ought to learn about sex, and how to have it safely as a matter of priority. Change the curriculum to embrace more Sex education."
[effect] children are educated about sex rather than taught to fear it
[stats] tax increases, happiness increases (Emphasis added)

See? This option requires additional education. Someone has to pay for that education, thus the tax rates go up.

you say icreased happiness twice in a couple of the effects.

also the second ption should probably say "I have" or "I've got" instead of "I got"

And maybe the guy in the first option should actually say it would raise taxes.
