Turkese Chinastan's legislature is being filibustered right now, but the filibuster won't last long if the speakers' constituents don't like it. Our reps are subject to instant recall on any issue at any time, just like the original rules for the Petrograd Soviet. If the rep ceases to have the confidence of his/her constituents, he/she is gone. Period.
