I was wondering if there have been some coding changes on some of the issues? For example, on #71, Minority Group Demands Language Recognition, selection option 1 used to decrease taxes. Recently, it appears that taxes are unaffected but civil rights decrease. . . or have I just been playing NS too long and am I simply halllucinating?
