Issues being repeated all over again?

hi there,
is it just me, or are the issues being recycled? I find it kind of boring making the same decissions twice, or maybe three times in a month.
Anybody know why this happens?

In answer to your question, there are a finite number of issues--in particular issues applicable to a given nation--so you'll get the same one several times if you play long enough.

Actually, They're apparently working on getting new issues into the system. I've seen the numbers 1500+, 850 etc. bandied about. Read the announcements in this forum.
