Maybe it's placed somewhere in a "blind spot" but
I can't seem to enter any new issues.

the link is gone :( , I mean, the "Issues" link is there
and I can see what was the last issue I voted for
but there is no panel for entering new ones...


admin, can you look at this ? I know I submitted one 1 month back,
do I have to wait untill it has been cleared ?

Look at the announcement - you can now only submit issues if you have a population exceeding 500 million.
