Im not sure personally, but I do know what you need alot of issues chosen the right way to get a nation of your size up on any category. So that may be why your political freedoms arent going up and not that your not sure what issues help.

well I was created in January, but due to server problems/space issues they deleted inactive users from the forum, I was put back on the 17th February :P
