This issue needs some serious work. Option 3 is horrible, is it banning ALL insurance? Just medical insurance? Just Medical malpractice insurance? And, WTF does option 2 do...seems like it will be the same as dismissing... And where is the option for what most doctors lobby for and most states (US) adopt--caps on medical malpractice rewards.
