Okay...I recently got the issue about paying fees for donated organs, as well as the one for compulsory organ donation. I chose to outlaw paying fees for organs, and to make post-mortem donation compulsory. That means that people can't get money for their organs if they give them while they're alive (you know, like a kidney or something), but their organs are removed for transplant after they're dead, no matter what.

Now I have two organ-donation relevant lines beside each other: "organ donation is compulsory and organ donation rates have hit a new low." Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture? :roll:

Ahh, that means your citizens either die horrorifically violent deaths that leave their organs unusuble, die of massive simoultaneous organ failures, or have discovered how to simply not die.
