Issue About TV Censorship

The Issue: Recently, the popular TV show South Pork aired an episode where curse words were screamed by the main characters without censorship. This has caused a group of soccer moms to petition @@NAME@@ to step up censorship laws.

The Debate:

1. "We need to stop these filthy, evil, disgusting, filthy TV shows from corrupting the morals of our sweet, innocent children," argues @@RANDOMNAME@@, while snatching an adult magazine from their son. "Censorship laws must be stepped up immediately! Not just for TV, but books, movies, and literature too. I say appoint the toughest group of censors to check everything for anything that might be a threat to our childrens' young, fragile minds. Sure, it may be costly and time consuming, but think of the children!"
[effect]Television shows, books, and literature go through a month-long process of being censored before they reach the public. And even when that happens, hardly anything except childrens' materal gets to the populace.
[stats]Civil Rights decrease, Economy slightly decreases

2. "I agree. But we need more than that!" says right-wing talk show host @@RANDOMNAME@@. We must not only jail those network employees who don't comply, but also ban pornography and this so-called "underground" muck. On top of that, cursing in public must be a crime worthy of some hard jailtime!"
[effect]Watching TV, reading, and going to the movies is useless since censorship laws have banned all works of art and literature, and cursing about this will land you with a ten-year sentence in jail.
[stats]Civil Rights greatly decrease, Economy greatly decreases, Cynicalness increases, Patriotism decreases

3. "Have my ears gone insane?!" Yells CEO of National @@NAME@@ Broadcasting Company. "Give us jailtime for accidently letting a curse word slip?? I have never heard such rubbish in my life! I say the government let us show what we want!"
[effect]Television programs, art, literature, and even childrens' books are filled with pornography and cursing.
[stats]Civil Rights increase, Intelligence Decreases

Validity: Only Valid to the more free types....

Maybe a 3rd option bleeping out the worst curse words (namely the 'f' and 's' word) will do well also.

Where is "the no censorship at all times" option or the option wich leaves out the fucks and stuff during daytime?
