Salusa's too busy organising the move to Jolt to be dealing with issues.
The GMs are the ones who code issues.
Chances are, most of the stats will be changed anyway. The mods have to think long and hard about how your options would affect the country before they write the coding in.

Personally I prefer Steph, but that's purely based on the photos, Neut's a close second but I don't think I can persuade him to grow pigtails.
