Issue about robots working in factories

I haven't really finished it, I sure would appreciate some help on it though.

Name: Yet to be decided

Many millionaires have requested the rights to have robots working in their factories. The workers of @@NAME@@, not pleased at all, all unite for a massive demonstration in the capital.

1- Wealthy factory owner @@RANDOMNAME@@ says, "Think of the benifits it might do for us! For @@NAME@@! This will certainly help boost the economy! The robots will do a much better job than those lazy-assed middle-class workers. They cost even cheaper! Who cares about all those commies who complain about losing their jobs. It's their own damn fault for dropping out of High School."
[effects] many workers can now be found lying in the streets while their old boss fills his pockets faster than ever
[stats] economy goes up, social equality goes down

2- Angry worker @@RANDOMNAME@@ thinks otherwise, "This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! The only people who will benifit out of this is the bourgeois! Think of all the jobs that will be lost! For every single robot, about twenty people lose their only way to feed their families! I know we might not work as well and efficiently as the robots, but being imperfect is human! Are you saying that you would sacrifice us all for a few extra pennies? I say destroy those robots!"
[effects]
[stats] social equality goes up

3- @@NAME@@'s top economic advisor, @@RANDOMNAME@@, has something else in mind, "Personally, I think it would be a wise decision to support the robots," he says, "The fact that it will take the jobs away from the workers and also their paychecks to feed their families is another concerning matter. I have an idea, since our nation will make lots and lots of profits from the robots, maybe we could tell the companies to pay high fees to the welfare programs. That certainly will not bother the CEOs much, and it will make up for the workers' loss."
[effects] many workers get their same old paycheck for doing nothing
[stats] economy goes up, social equality slightly goes up, ?????

I have a suggestion for a third option.
Something along the lines of "companies are permitted to employ robots, but must pay high fees that go to welfare programs for displaced workers".
Though I'd suggest saying it much better than that.

The only people who will benifit out of this is the proletariat!

Don't you mean bourgeois?

Yeah, the bourgeois, thanks for pointing that out. I'm always confounding both of them. ¬.¬

And as for the third option, I'm trying to find a title or position for the person who suggests it.

You can always go with a "top economic advisor" or somesuch.
