'New' issue - Violence in video games

Even though this is a somewhat common issue in real life, I didn't see it as submitted anywhere, though there was one brief mention of it in an existing issue (though, it was unrelated to the issue being presented). Posting it to see what you all think, feel free to criticize or give me ideas, or tell me if it's been posted. I didn't see it anywhere.

[option]"It's preposterous!" exclaims @@RANDOMNAME@@, an obviously nerdy 12 year old student more than likely using a word he just learned in class. "Just because children like me are impressionable doesn't mean we can't tell the difference between right and wrong, fiction and reality! The government should be more concerned about quality of education, availability of extracurricular activities, and in-school security if they wish to eliminate the occasional violence in schools."
[effect]metal detectors and police officers are seen in schools nationwide
[stats]tax increases, crime decreases, education increases a little

[option]@@RANDOMNAME@@, a mother of 6 little hellions, has a different opinion. "Don't listen to those kids, they don't know what they're talking about!", she yells over her screaming children. "Just the other day my son jumped on the roof of my car and tried to shoot me through the windshield! It was only a squirtgun, but I shudder to think what could have happened if it were real! He got the idea off of one of those horrible, violent video games! It's the government's job to protect our nation's children from things they don't understand. It might be unfair to adults who play games, but they really should grow up anyways. I say outlaw violence in video games!"
[effect]parents depend on the government to teach children morals
[stats]civil rights decreases a little, crime decreases a little, information technology decreases a little

[option]A gaggle of protestors litter the entry to a popular arcade in your nation's capital. "Video games are immoral, evil and just plain wrong!" @@RANDOMNAME@@, a professional protestor yells almost incoherently. "All video games should be banned, our youth grows ever more lazy, evil, and vicious with every passing minute while they exist, how much more does the violence have to continue?" He then storms off to beat some hapless gamer with his sign.
[effect]addicted computer gamers are forced to smuggle black market games into the country to get their fix
[stats]civil rights decreases, information technology decreases, crime decreases

How about option 3 making youngsters go outdoors, while still banning video-games?

Good Issue though, :)

Sure I'd like to see this issue but with another option: NO government involvement! Leave it to the people. Rights go up and taxes go down as a result of this choice

... Well, I personally think it's good as it is...
