This wins the prize of "worst issue in the entire game".

I think it means he wants some type of CD that you can't copy to a computer. That makes a 3rd option I don't like. I'd have to raise price of already overpriced CDs to make CDs that are of a lower quality.

The first option is a serious invasion of privacy, and the second is a communist type deal.
