Repeating Issues (rant)

Roughly two days ago, I had the power planet issue where you can choose if you want nuclear planets, wind power, or solar. This was the 2nd time I got it, the first being a few weeks ago. Once again, I chose the nuclear opion and as usual got the "protestors up in arms over nuke plants" line added to my nation description. Now, two days later, almost as soon as the line has been bumped off the homepage I GET THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN!.
One of the fun things about NS is all the new and oft-times odd issues your presented with. When you get the same issue three times in a matter of weeks the fun starts to dim. Please everyone, submit more issues so this doesn't happen to you!

First, I'm assuming you've read all the announcements (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=126829) in this forum. Also, I'm also going to assume that you realize the 100-odd issues in the system is a LOT of issues, compared with the 30 we existed on for practically a year when the game started.
People are submitting lots of issues, but the issue backlog is huge, so the mods are patiently working their way through it. New issues are coming out very quickly.
Oh, also, you know there's more to this game than issues, right? Get involved in your regional politics, start an RP, have some debates or make some friends in General... NS has a lot to offer. It's never truly boring.

I am fully aware of the value of the forums, I didn't get 100+ posts endlessly arguing with fanatics in the General Forum.
I've also heard that NS has more than 30 issues. I just wish I got some of them occasionally.

Heh, some people seem to like it, which is why I mentioned it. Definitely not my thing either, though.
Well I don't quite feel like praising the forums anymore as I've just spent ten minutes trying to get the reply screen up and will likely spend at least that much time putting this post through :evil: :evil:
