------Sorry for the title :P -------
I think I really need to raise my economy, but I don't know if these issues are the ones:
Harry Potter Censorship Row
-Decision: Keep producing books, favor Catholics
Reclaim the Streets!
-Decision: Give the automobile industry more funding
Please respond

Supporting Harry Potter and giving handouts to your Automobile Industry will both raise your economy.

Really? They've hardly made a dent (if any) in my pathetic little joke of a mini economy-ette-lette...
Ok. Seriously, I don't know about Harry Potter (but Unfree People is sure to be right  ) - I just always pick it for the civil rights choice - but the automobile one, definitely. It will push your tax rate up, however (and once it's up, it's hard to get down).
Harry Potter has no noticable effect on economy but Option 3 on Reclaim the Streets does. Rondebosch is right about it raising taxes, too.
Some other issues/options that increase economy are: #9, Opt. 1- eating your national animal; #16, Opt. 2 - firing striking workers (but this also increases your crime rate tremendously although it lowers taxes); #17, Opt. 1 - allowing corporations to buy votes (but this makes your government corrupt and increases political freedoms); #18, Opt. 1 - using taxes to subsidize business; #27, Opt. 1 - selling organs (this also increases crime and decreases taxes); #76, Opt. 1 - no union (also decreases taxes); #83, Opt. 1 - no government funding for monorail.
There are probably others but I routinely dismiss a lot of the newer issues because I can't tell what the effects are and I've noticed most of them do little other than raise taxes no matter what option one selects. If you're patient enough to page through this topic there are other threads on which issues increase the economy. The topic comes up at least once a month.
