Greater Brittannia worked long and hard to become crime free, and now we find issues such as "Karate Kids Cause Controversy" - the issue of youth martial arts programs to combat crime - coming up regularly in the Oratorium. this is wrong and whoever allowed it must b lined up against a well and shot in accordance with GBRUN Mercenary Council Resoultion 5

Issues will still come up that have to deal with everything regardless of whether or not you don't apply it to your nation. They also repeat, so, you must deal with it and not apply it each time.

I've checked and there is a slight error in the validity of the issue since you shouldn't get it if you have low crime. I'll see that it gets fixed as soon as possible.
