I have an idea for a new issue that goes something like this:

An article revealing the potential benefits of hemp and marijuana caused widespread debate:

There would be four choices:

1) Ban it completely, regardless of the benefits, it would do more harm than good.
2) Allow it for medical use only.
3) Allow it for medical and industrial use (hemp paper, hemp rope, etc.) only.
4) Legalize it for any purpose.

is now illgal in my country. The rivers are overflowing.

Isn't their already an issue like this in submission? Or at least in debate?
