What do you think of an abortion pro/con issue? To rela life controversial for the game?
(Hmm... poll may already be screwed up...)
This is surely an issue for each nation to sort out on it's own.... it is too heated an issue for a realistic sensible debate.

Please keep that topic out of the UN. People IRL feel so heated by it, I'd hate for open my morning paper and read about a NationStates player tracking down somebody else. ;)
But it would be fair game for a carefully worded issue. Just make sure that it has no game stats attached to it -- then people can pick whatever they like and get the game text *without* crying foul on the game stats side of things.
